A leader with purpose, Grede also lends her time and expertise to global impact organizations, serving on the board of directors for the Obama Foundation and Baby2Baby, and has recently become a King’s Trust Ambassador. Her journey proves that success and substance go hand in hand.
Grede lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Jens, and their four children.

Dan Gill has served as Carvana’s Chief Product Officer since March 2015, overseeing all technology functions, as well as strategic partnerships for the business. Prior to joining Carvana, Dan spent his career in both enterprise software and consumer internet businesses, including Integration Appliance ($INTA), as well as the co-founder and CEO of Huddler from 2007 until the company’s acquisition by Fandom in 2014.
